Kindness Program
If you know anything about us, you know that we’re not like other companies. We invent, we follow our own path. We create new ways of doing things that fit us.
And when it came time for us to create an affiliate program, we balked. We balked, not because we didn’t want to thank people for referrals, but because the way it’s being done by most companies didn’t really fit us.
While we appreciate an affiliate program as much as the next person, there are a billion of them out there — all geared around money, which is a fine motivator for selling, but we feel a rather cold way to thank someone for a kindness the likes of referring people to us.
What fits for us is the attraction model that says that if someone believes our programs are awesome and would benefit someone she or he knows, it should be a natural to help that other person out by referring her to us if she needs training, coaching, or a referral.
It’s just good juju to help friends find the best stuff, whether or not there’s money to be gained.
And so we’ve decided not to do a traditional affiliate program, and instead, to do something that’s just more us.
Here’s what that looks like:
We love when people share us with their friends, colleagues, and family members. L-O-V-E it. And we hope you’ll tell people about us and any/all of our programs as it makes sense to do that for you.
So, when you do us a kindness, we’ll send you something to thank you for it.
Every time someone signs up for a program—free or paid—and tells us she’s come to us because of your recommendation, we’ll be sure to send you something lovely and hand-chosen for you to thank you for your kindness. It just won’t be money.
We still hope you’ll want to share us with people you think we are uniquely able to help!
If you have any questions about our programs, or how to talk about them with people you know, please feel free to ask. We’d be happy to help you understand what we do, and how we help others so that you’ll know how and when to tell others about us.

every one of us. That’s
why it’s a comfort to
go hand in hand..”
